With what purpose your personal data is treated?
GROUNDFORCE treats your personal data with the following purposes:
CONTRACTUAL: Contract, maintain and review the compliance of the products and services contracted with GROUNDFORCE.
CONSENT: Any commercial action carried out with special focus on the profiling as from the user’s own or third party´s personal preferences products through any media, including telematics.
LEGITIMATE INTEREST: For the implementation of commercial actions, as well as products and services recommendations considering the ones contracted in the past.

How long will your data be kept?
The personal data retention period will vary depending on the contracted service. In any case your data will be kept during the term of the contractual relationship. As soon this relationship ends your data will be kept blocked during the status of limitations of the obligations that may have risen of the treatment and/or applicable legal limits, remaining at the disposal of the competent authorities, for the purposes of dealing with any liabilities arising out of the data processing.

How can the rights be exercised?

Right to request access to personal data: You can ask GROUNDFORCE if this company is handling your data.
Right to request rectification or suppression.
Right to object the processing: GROUNDFORCE will cease to treat the data according to your indications, unless the exercising or the defense of possible claims shall continue being dealt.
Right of data portability: If you want your data to be treated by another corporation, GROUNDFORCE will facilitate the portability of your data to the new responsible.
Right to request the limitation of its treatment, in which case it will only be kept by GROUNDFORCE in defense against possible claims.
Possibility of withdrawing consent: in the event that consent has been granted for any specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment based on the Consent prior to withdrawal.
In any case, we provide an application form that will allow you to exercise the above mentioned rights in a more effective and faster way by sending it directly to the Data Protection Delegate contact.
How can I claim against the Control Authority?
If a user considers there is a problem with the way GROUNDFORCE is handling his data, he can address his claims to the Data Protection Delegate or the Data Protection Control Authority (Spanish Agency of Data Protection in the case of Spain.)
In GROUNDFORCE we maintain the highest levels of security required by law to protect your personal data against accidental losses and access, treatments or unauthorized disclosures, considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which your information is exposed. When we receive your data, we follow rigorous procedures and security functions to prevent any unauthorized access.
Actions described in this section and intended to guarantee an appropriate security level according to the potential identified risks and shall include, if necessary, the following measures:
Pseudonymization and personal Data encryption.
Appropriate measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the systems and treatment services.

Measures to ensure that any person with authorized access to personal data acting under the authority of GROUNDFORCE may only handle such data following strict safety requirements and instructions from GROUNDFORCE.
The personal data that may be collected by GROUNDFORCE will be treated with absolute confidentiality, committing to keep it secret and guaranteeing the obligation of saving them taking all necessary measures to prevent any alteration, loss and unauthorized treatment or access, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.
The user will be solely responsible for the completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
